We all need "joy in life" like bread and water. By the way, isn’t there anything else? Of course: The word of God, the wisdom and consolation of God. Sometimes life takes us by surprise with frightening circumstances influencing our frame of mind so that we need an outlet. How do we deal with it? Do we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed or do we turn our gaze to those who can help us?
